Balanced Residential inhabits 501 Ann Street with the final design taking inspiration from the building’s history. The new concept is to create apartment spaces that hold the basic human needs of a place to eat, wash and rest. There are two flexible outdoor spaces and work stations for residents to use as they need and aims at creating a space that supports the health and wellbeing of the residents
